## Refund and Returns Policy
At Glimma Trendy, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase as you “Elevate Your Glow.” If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.
## 1. Return Window
- Retail Customers: You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return for eligible items.
- Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
## 2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and health safety standards in Trinidad & Tobago, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once the seal is broken or the product is used:
- Skincare Rituals & Haircare Collections
- Oral Care Essentials
- Weight-loss & Health & Wellness Products
- Signature Scents (Perfumes)
- Wholesale Bundles (unless a manufacturing defect is present).
## 3. Electronics Hub
Items from our Electronics Hub may be returned within 7 days if they are found to have a manufacturing defect. The item must be returned with all original accessories and manuals.
## 4. Wholesale & Business Orders
Terms for Business/Commercial and Wholesale buyers are handled on a case-by-case basis. Bulk orders are typically non-refundable once payment is received and the order has shipped. If there is a discrepancy with a wholesale shipment, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
## 5. Refunds
- Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- Method: Approved refunds will be initiated via Bank Transfer to the account provided during the inquiry.
- Shipping Costs: Please note that original delivery fees ($45–$60 TTD) are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item.
## 6. Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged product, please contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +1 (868) 260-2828 with a photo of the damage so we can resolve the issue with our couriers (ODeliver or TTPost).
