The website supports three distinct categories of buyers, each with specific requirements:
- Retail Customers: Standard online shoppers purchasing individual items for personal use. No registration is required for browsing, though an account may be created for order tracking.
- Business / Commercial Buyers: Customers purchasing case pack quantities for business operations (e.g., hotels, restaurants, offices, cleaning companies). Login is required to view business-specific pricing.
- Wholesale Buyers: High-volume distributors or exporters. Access to this tier requires administrative approval after account registration.
### 3. Orders & Pricing
- Pricing Visibility: Retail prices are public. Wholesale and business prices are private and only visible to approved accounts to protect the distribution network.
- Currency: Prices are displayed in TTD (Trinidad & Tobago Dollars). A currency switcher is provided for regional convenience (USD, JMD, BBD), but final transactions are processed in the primary business currency.
- Order Confirmation: Your receipt of an electronic order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to decline or limit order quantities for any reason.

- Full Payment Requirement: All orders ship only after full payment is received and verified.

- Free Delivery: Retail orders totaling $350 TTD or more qualify for free delivery nationwide.
- Timeline: Most orders ship within 2–4 business days once payment is confirmed.
- Bulk Delivery: Wholesale or high-volume business orders may qualify for special delivery arrangements.
### 6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
- Hygiene Restrictions: Due to health and safety standards, returns are not accepted for opened or used health, beauty, oral care, or skincare products.
- Damaged Goods: Any discrepancies or items damaged during transit must be reported via WhatsApp (+1 868-260-2828) within 24 hours of delivery.
- Refund Method: Approved refunds will be issued via bank transfer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
